Day At National Harbor

National Harbor is a community unlike any other in the D.C. region, designed to take full advantageof the most historic river in the nation. Rising from the banks of the Potomac River just south of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge in Prince George's County, Maryland, National Harbor is a 300-acre, mixed-use development that includes five hotels (including the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center), thousands of residential and office units, tree-lined promenades with scores of shops and restaurants, a marina and much more. Created by Washington D.C. area developer, The Peterson Companies, the project will command a mile and a quarter of the Potomac River, recognizing the importance of the river both historically and as a means of uniting the region. New retail and entertainment, commercial and residential properties will open throughout 2008 and 2009, continuously providing new and exciting experiences to guests and visitors. Over the next few months and years, there will always be something new for guests to explore at National Harbor.
